Delete your data
Avsar (the app) and the DigsFact missed-call agent · Last updated 30 October 2026
How to ask
- Email info@digsfact.com with the subject "Delete my data".
- Send it from the email address you sign in to Avsar with, or include the phone number you sign in with (or, if you are a caller, the phone number you called from).
- Say what you want deleted: your Avsar sign-in only, your whole business account, or a caller's conversation.
- We reply to confirm the request is yours, then delete the data within 30 days and email you when it's done.
To remove only this phone from your alerts, sign out of Avsar (Settings → Sign out). That deletes the phone's notification tokens straight away.
What we delete
- Avsar sign-in: your sign-in sessions and the notification tokens for your phones (including the iPhone lock-screen card token).
- Business account: your business details, the phone numbers and people you set up for alerts, your leads, and the conversations and voicemail transcriptions the agent handled for you. Your agent number stops answering and is released.
- A caller's conversation: the texts, photos, voicemail recording and transcription from that phone number.
What we keep, and for how long
- Invoices and payment records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires (card numbers are held by Stripe, never by us).
- A record that you asked us to stop texting a number, so we keep honouring it.
Even without a request, conversations are deleted automatically after about 180 days and activity records after about 400 days. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.
